Phosphoric Acid Impregnated Activated Carbon

Newcarboncoming produces phosphoric acid-impregnated activated carbon by chemically treating high-quality coal-based or wood-based carbon with H₃PO₄. Phosphorus-containing functional groups are introduced onto the carbon surface, creating acidity that enables highly efficient selective adsorption of alkaline gases such as ammonia and amines through acid-base neutralization.
Product Features:
Strong ammonia removal capacity – high breakthrough protection
Excellent alkaline gas adsorption – targets amines and basic odors
Low pressure drop – maintains airflow, reduces energy costs
High mechanical strength – withstands handling and operation
Uniform particle size – ensures consistent bed packing
Well-developed mesopores – fast adsorption kinetics
Catalytic performance – enhances chemical conversion
Low dust content – prevents downstream contamination
